How you connect each pin of C12880MA to your Arduino nano?

I didn't try Nano. For Uno I used 2 power pins(5v and GND) and 4 control pins: START, CLK, VIDEO and LED (optional). I just directly connected these pins to A1, A2, A3, A4.
