Only BTTV emotes work in whispers, not regular twitch emotes.

I have a working fix for this on received whispers, but due to the way the userstate object returns on a sent message its not working for sent whispers, i opened an issue on tmijs repo so maybe it can get updated
tmijs/tmi.js#195
