module segfaults on import #1

built from source on MacOS Ventura 13.2 (Intel Core i9, Radeon Pro Vega 48 GPU, 72 GB RAM). Vulkan SDK 1.3.239.0.

I'm unsure as to what other info would be useful.

Running test script one line at a time:

srmd-ncnn-vulkan command line utility ([Release 20220728) runs fine.

Started working after uninstalling, manually building the srmd-ncnn-vulkan application that's downloaded as a dependency, and then reinstalling.
