Description
When initially loading data to MeiliSearch the EC2 instance was experiencing an OOM (out of memory) error and the Meili service was stopping and not restarting. For production environments this could mean that if a VM is not properly sized that loading data could cause the service to be down.
Possible Solution
I'd like to propose that the restart option is added to the service so it does not need to be manually restarted in this scenario.
