Some where in the power off code it needs to set axp.setChgLEDMode(AXP20X_LED_OFF); // LED off

I have seen this behavior on my sx1262 tbeam v1.1. When it happens, the blue LED seems to go to full brightness as well. I had to pull the 18650 from the board to get the blue LED to turn off. I will try to gather more information next time I see it.
