dev-wifi: Bug - Device slows down when wifi ssid or password is wrong #414

If wifi ssid or password is wrong, device will keep hammering away at the AP trying to reconnect. This will slow down the device.

Fix would be to limit the reconnect to just once every few seconds. May also be nice to include the status of the reconnection attempt on the display.

This will also happen if the device roams out of range of the AP.

This is happening because we're triggering a reconnect from the SYSTEM_EVENT_STA_DISCONNECTED wifi event.
