Consider new name for "METS Cookbook" #13

We should decide if we want to keep the "cookbook" title or consider something like:

METS Functionality
METS Usage
METS How-Tos
???

"Functionality" sounds too reference-oriented
"Cookbook" maybe implies complete examples; other communities (IIIF, EAD, many O'Reilly books) use the "cookbook" name (for better or for worse)
"Usage" is maybe vague

"How-Tos" is maybe the best aligned with what the individual pages describe.
