One user said that the OBS screen casting software does not work with Chrome unless hardware acceleration is disabled.

Electron offers an API to achieve this, but it needs to somehow be engaged before the app is ready, so a flag to the executable would be needed.

Just to give info in case anyone is having this issue. If you have Windows 10 you can go to the properties for the app and run it in Windows 8 Compatibility mode. Window capture works for SKQW then.
