Environment

Windows build number: [run "ver" at a command prompt] Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18362.778]     
PowerToys version:  16.1
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): window walker

Steps to reproduce

install

press win +h

Expected behavior

window walker not triggered

Actual behavior

its not triggered by win + crtl at all, just win + h which interferes with another autohotkey I have

We have a work item to be sure we play nicely with auto hot key. For 0.18, WW will be merged into launcher.
