Describe the bug
If you specify an invalid project, page or azure service name, the wizard does not allow to create the app, but no validation error message is shown.
This happened after updating to VS Code 1.43
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch Web Template Studio
Change project name to MyApp;
=> Validation error message should be shown
