sudo on Linux has an option -H/--set-home, which sets the home directory to that of the target user. (If this is already the default behavior, then consider accepting and ignoring the option, for compatibility.)

When you say, set the home directory to that of the target user, it sounds in order to enable this we would first have to enable the ability to run commands as different users rather than just elevating as admin: #3

(I'm gonna parent this up to #3 officially, because this is basically a no-op in the default "run as this user, but with the admin token" scenario)

@zadjii-msft It'd be helpful to accept and ignore the option as a no-op, for compatibility with other implementations of sudo, even before there's any support for becoming a different user.
