IntelliSense error squiggles for C files without a ".c" extension are processed like C++ files #673

With intelliSenseEngine set to Default and errorSquiggles set to Enabled, open a "c" language file that doesn't have a ".c" extension.

Bug: The errorSquiggles are handled like a C++ file instead of a C file.
