[BUG] C# DevKit doesn't remember the last opened solution

Describe the Issue

Steps To Reproduce

• Open a workspace in VS Code with multiple solutions inside
• The current opened solution is X
• Switch opened solution to Y
• Close VS Code
• Open the same workspace again
• Solution X is opened (instead of solution Y)

Expected Behavior

• Solution Y is opened
