Environment:

VS Code Version: 1.88.1
Extension Version: vscode java 1.30.0 + pack 0.26.0
JDK Type & Version: 21
OS Type & Version: linux

Step to Reproduce:

Clone and open https://github.com/jdneo/invisble-project
F1 > Java: Configure Classpath > Library tab > Add a new library from test-lib folder > Apply settings
Add a new same library again > Apply settings
Delete the library from Java Project view

Expected Behavior:

Actual Behavior:
Library list in project settings won't be refreshed if there are duplicated libraries.
