Support validating all markdown files in a workspace

Thanks much for the new markdown.validate features. However, currently validation is applicable only within a document. It would be most beneficial if we could enable validation for all documents in a containing parent folder (which would hopefully be configurable, since the root parent folder might be several levels up).
