Hi, I'm a user of VS Code and I have installed the Github extension and the Copilot extension.
I have 2 Github accounts: my personal one, where I have activated Github Copilot, and my professional one (managed by my company). I would like to be able to use Copilot in my daily routines but also being able to read the pull request assigned to me through my professional account.

How can I achieve it?

Possible solutions I imagine:
a) Allowing multiple simultaneous accounts from the same provider (Github in this case)
b) Modifying the Copilot extension to be more independent of the Github extension, so I can have different users for each one
