Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.84.1
    2b35e1e
    x64

  • OS Version: 23.10

Steps to Reproduce:

I try to open my file form browser using this type of link vscode://file//home/iqbal/Site/golderp/resources/views/backend/layouts/home.blade.php:0 but vs code is not open . I uninstall vs code and reinstall many time but this problem is not been slove . but older ubuntu is works fine,

My be --open-url is not working in code_code-url-handler.deskop

Same issue on Ubuntu (Linux) version 23.10 after switching LTS to the release version.
