Added a minimal BF branch. Will keep update it with the stuff from the old branch, but includes new (different?) stuff as well.
Please try to see if this works. I can't reproduce #20 so far, but made some fixes to bundlefusion. My setup:
gcc 9.2, CUDA 10, GTX 1070
If still fails, try using the pangolin loader and the ICL_NUIM room2 dataset.
The branch is based on #34 since I can't build SB otherwise.
