Scrolling doesn't work for long JSON document

This is a minor bug, but I thought I would report it anyway.

As you probably recall, in December you published a kind-30023 event about China:

If I look at the JSON for that by clicking the equals-sign icon, then "Inspect", then "Show JSON", I see JSON; but I can't scroll by dragging the scrollbar's thumb or rolling my mouse's scroll wheel, and the PageDown key doesn't do anything.

My version of Gossip is 0.14.0-unstable-4cab48d8. My OS is Debian 12. The output of uname -m is x86_64.

I'm sure the fix would be applied to gossip-bin/src/ui/widgets/modal_popup.rs but I don't understand egui (or this widget) well enough to quickly fix it.
