Are there other order of operations issues that could undermine trust decisions that rely on bodyText.

@leobalter Perhaps related to your work on tc39/ecma262#1479

This proposal seeks to allow finer grained trust decisions by passing the body content to the host callback used by CSP.

It seeks to change the order that some operations happen in a semantically neutral way, so maybe there's some overlap.
