s3-endpoints.go misses 3 isolated endpoints & regions that are present accroding to aws s3 docs 1, namely:

  • US_ISO_EAST_1
  • US_ISOB_EAST_1
  • US_ISO_WEST_1

After looking at the current s3-endponits.go I see that we are leveraging dualstack endpoints as well which I don't have knowledge of existence for isolated regions. Should I add them to the best of my knowledge or keep them blank & let it fail?
