The name of the VCA service is 'View Court Adaptor', using the UK spelling of
'adaptor' rather than the US spelling ('adapter') that is commonly used for the
design patter. To match the name of the service the module is named
`ViewCourtAdapter` and the file structure is adjusted accordingly.
