There's an issue with this update which is causing tests to fail: rubocop/rubocop-performance#278. I suggest waiting for that to be resolved. |

A newer version of rubocop-performance exists, but since this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot I haven't updated it. You'll get a PR for the updated version as normal once this PR is merged. |
To keep Rubocop happy replace string identifier arguments with symbols.
