Question about Caribean Netherlands

As I can see, Bonaire was separated to independent state, but it is a special region under jurisdiction of Caribbean Netherlands.

@herrniemand you are right and the same goes for some other entries. For example Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, and Réunion are overseas regions of France but are nonetheless included in the dataset.

I propose to add Sint Eustatius and Saba to the dataset in order to be complete regarding the overseas regions of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
