• Not so sure about this second one:

DeprecationWarning: array implementation doesn't accept a copy keyword, so passing copy=False failed. array must implement 'dtype' and 'copy' keyword arguments.

@larsoner do you have a recollection of this popping up and having been worked on?

Practically, we could pin to numpy<2.1 until the next mne release 🤔

In this case since we're using vanilla np.array I'm surprised it errors -- probably a bug at NumPy's end. But in any case I think it's safe enough just to ignore it
