To support/prepare the revalidation and the development of future algorithms we need to create a set of fixed challenges that provide "validation" results given an algorithm.

We can use gaitmap-challenges as a blue print. https://github.com/mad-lab-fau/gaitmap-bench/tree/main/gaitmap-challenges

Maybe we can already think about if we should store results publically, but that might also be something for the future.
