Describe the bug
When connecting from a linux client to any host, using hardware decoding results in a black screen with a responsive cursor. Switching to software decoding works, but it is noticeably laggy. This issue does not occur on the same machine when running windows, where both hardware and software decoding work fine. The issue is not host-related, as connections from android and windows devices using hardware decoding work fine.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Force hardware decoding
  2. Connect to any host on sunshine
