Support for authorization/approvals

Once users are onboarded we need to ensure new schedules being added should be approved before picked up by the batch.

• Support approval workflow
• Setup approvals for schedule

We would need to first enable authorized logins and secure our APIs to make sure only authorized logged in users can hit the endpoints.
Then user profiles and an approval framework system can be created to allow for approvals for schedule creation and content updates
