Why/User Benefit/User Problem

Currently auto fill does not work for all situations and apps.
Hence need more option for auto fill such as fill using screen draw over or accessibility. These 2 options present in bitwarden

Acceptance Criteria (how do I know when I’m done?)

These features are required for auto fill to work properly in all situations

FYI, this looks like a duplicate of #1215, #1191, and #554.
