No

Yes

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Go to https://www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/downArticle/613/6/1/241555
  2. The file downloads and does not open in the browser.

What is the expected behavior?

The pdf file should open directly in the browser and not be directly downloaded.

Default behaviour is set Open PDFs in Chrome

it was working fine last couple days.

I have published a fix for this in 4.6.128. The patch is pending review at #18728.
