Make it possible to group pages, custom components, connections into folders.

Motivation 🔦

The idea would be to reproduce how pro-code developers use folders in the filesystem to organize work. Assuming that we are also synching these apps, connections, and custom back queries into the filesystem, we could map them.

For example, imagine that connections #1376 are global based on where they site. We could have a "file" for each connection. The connection would be available for all the resources that are at its level or below. The same could apply to custom components.
