Token names should be in hex in cardano-node >=1.31.1 #2

As seen here: https://github.com/input-output-hk/cardano-node/releases/tag/1.32.1 token names should be represented as a hex format of ascii representation, otherwise the transaction will not build.

everything is working fine, but at that point it raises an error, any body can please help me to resolve the issue.
