Feature Request: File Doc comment will be of great help

First thanks for the great extension. I kindly request a way to add a file doc comment. The @subpackage is to be generated dynamically as per subfolders. One can have a static root concatenated with dynamic values from subfolders.
Also, a dynamic variable based on the current file name will be helpful.
