I'm unable to find a version requirement for PHP to run this app. Is this documented somewhere (possibly in code)?

If not, it'd be great if we could get a "Requirements" section on the README that lists this

They said it requires php 5.3 on homepage. Problem is php 5.3 is quite old considering we are having 5.7 now.

Latest is 7.1.4 :P

I'm currently running it on 7.0.13.
