Wrong attribution for federated reactions

Steps to reproduce

1. Post a message in a chat with federated users
2. Someone reacts to the message with an emoji
3. The notification, that I reaceive isn't attributed to the federated user but to me:

Expected behaviour

The notification should say, who reacted.

Actual behaviour

It says that I reacted
