Focus doesn't change on creating a new tab in chrome.

I noticed this on upgrading from 0.15.2 -> 0.16.2. I haven't confirmed whether this happens with any application with tabs or not (only chrome), but the issue is the following:

If I have a window (say, apple mail) open in workspace M and I click a link, the desired (and I believe intended?) behavior is for aerospace to automatically change my focus to the workspace associated with that new link. I have the following in my configuration for example,

if.app-id = 'com.google.Chrome'
run = 'move-node-to-workspace B'

My expectation in how it should work (and how it has, in fact, worked before) is that after moving the node to the new workspace, the focus should change to workspace B, however, after version 0.16.2 that stopped happening.

The odd thing is that it does happen on the first instance of me clicking the link, but then after clicking it again (or even clicking a different one...) it no longer moves the focus to that workspace. I suspect this is because it is a tab being opened at this point, rather than a new window.

I have downgraded to 0.15.2 for the time being. I'd be happy to hear if this is intended behavior then how to configure it to behave how it did in 0.15.2. Thanks!
