Window switching sometimes doesn't result in the window appearing

I might be unable to properly search for this and I'm sure there's an ongoing discussion about this, but when I cmd tab from a window in one space to an app in another space, sometimes the macOS status bar shows the name of the new window, so it's active, but aerospace hasn't switched spaces and hasn't registered that the old space is no longer in focus. doing cmd tab twice usually works. or triggering a full screen command which brings the focused window into view. probably my biggest issue with the app

I've been experiencing the same issue, sometimes the window won't appear at all
I'm mapped hyper+f12 to "Center Window" with BTT to combat this but often Aerospace will just move the window out of view again

Try to check if any other application with accessibility permission affects that (e.g. Contexts.app)

I do not have other apps with accessibility permissions

I'm not sure closing the issue and turning it into a discussion is the way to go about this, it certainly is an open issue and it seems it's reproducible as I'm not the only person with the issue @nikitabobko

I can confirm that this happens with me, but in my case I could notice that this happens when I am alt tabbing really fast. I couldn't reproduce it on a slow window change.

I think I can reproduce this more reliably by hitting the cmd key when cmd tab'ing for a very short amount of time. just hitting cmd + tab for a very short time seems to cause this issue

this not always triggers the issue, but it seems that when it happens it's usually because I hit a very short keystroke

scratch that. it happens when I click a dock icon too so not just keyboard related
