Summary

Some of the keyboard shortcuts aren't working as expected
Example.
alt-shift-8 and alt-shift-9 works, but not not any other move-to-node
alt-shift-semicolon works, not any other moves
alt-semicolon works, but not any other focus modes.

How do I debug what is going wrong?
