Also, nice to include someone from https://github.com/nodejs/nodejs.dev to discuss their plans about implementing documentation pages.

@srl295 Recent updates and current status
- modules (repo+npm) transferred from Unicode to Node.js: Transfer Unicode ICU modules to Node.js admin#532
  - TODO: update repository URLs in package.json in these repos
  - TODO: rename these repos?
- interesting i18n-api issue getting some traction and a PR: support TZ env variable on Windows: I can't set a default timezone on windows. node#4230 - workaround that brings Unix-y behavior to Windows
