He's mentioned he's finishing up the final patch from another issue on the node tracker.

As I understand it, the upcoming v0.11.15 release is likely going to be the prerelease for v0.12. So, assuming that works out well, and nothing unforeseen pops up in the meantime, it should be out shortly after that. It would be safe to assume at least a week's time between the release of the prerelease and v0.12, for instrumenter's sake.

Of course, that's the long answer: the short form is "when it's ready, which will hopefully be very soon!"
