Stats Bot

Create a simple bot that collates some fun stats about nodeschool such as:

• new teams this month
• total events this month

"New teams this month" can be fairly easily implemented in Open github teams.
"Total events this month" seems to be easier dealt with in nodeschool-admin

@martinheidegger ok so would we extend nodeschool-admin to "add event to website" for example which in turn allows us to "list this months events"
