Wildcard Patterns
Modifiers to replace Noise's traditional, rigidly-specified keys and algorithms with dynamically transmitted fields to indicate types of keys and authentication algorithms.
Hasn't received much thought, probably should follow after [[Multi-algorithm patterns] as this is more likely to be useful with signatures than DH.
