Now the app only support STDF V4 initial version，for example，REC-TYP only contain the （0,10）and （0,20), it may induce some STDF read fail. it's better to update to support STDF V4 2007.

Hi @Saintzju ,

Thanks for the issue. I didn't realize there is a 2007 edit version of STDF spec.

I have to mark this feature request as Hard, because this new edition adds so many new records that is not compatible with the current code. Beside, I don't have any experience in the Scan Test, it will some time for me to digest this new information and support the visualization of scan tests.
