同一片wafer 由于测试问题排查，测试两次后，产生两个STDF，目前的merge 功能不能识别这两份文件成一片wafer，merge 成一个wafer map

难点在于如何界定两份stdf文件是否对应同一片wafer。

假设两份文件已经被识别成了一片wafer，应该只有最新的测试数据会显示出来，旧数据会被标记为superceded而被隐藏，这也是你希望的结果吗？
