Port for Notepad2

Evaluate the creation of a port project for Notepad2, requested by @cobrabr in #18 (comment), since the project seem to be stale and mostly unmaintained.

@cobrabr also uploaded a prototype implementation which can be used as boilerplate.

Evaluation Notes

• The project seem to be stale and mostly unmaintained, latest version has been released on 2012-10-28
• There are also several different forks linked by the author on the official website indicating that users should refer to these when searching for extended functionalities.
• There are more advanced projects like Notepad++ which is also referenced on the official site and already supported by Nord as official port project.

  The fork I use is Notepad2-mod, which is fairly well-maintained. And the main reason for me to go from Notepad++ (which I used to use) to Notepad2 was that Notepad2 can fully replace Windows' vanilla Notepad (which is basically useless). Notepad++ is significantly heavier on resource usage, which is also a factor.
