when uploading, we should have a 'preview' step and let the person confirm the post from there. There have been enough file name mishaps and broken gif uploads.

also Coyote should have a custom preview that makes him check the front page for a [tiar]. (j/k, but seriously).

An prospective UI for this is in the Chrome extension.
