I think the isk daemon is no longer being checked on upload. I do see every post being inserted, but ive asked people that have uploaded duplicates that they never saw a message. Ive checked some of those, and they're definitely matching.

How weird… there (obviously) wasn't a code change, something in the environment? Does sandbox not use isk, and people are browsing beta?
