hot reloading data in server mode (nuxt start)

With the small piece of code below (// Example with regular API) when I use a classic API I get the hot reload of the data, I would like to do the same with the "*.md" files but unfortunately the data does not update (markdown files are modified regularly) as with the classic API.

The request is always the same.

"/api/_content/query/yFRQI29ykM.1692708980195.json?..."
