Now that the prepare/exec workflow for wasmer is complete, wasmer is now runnable as a standalone alternative to wasmi.

I want to write some standard benchmarks that can effectively quantify and showcase the performance difference between wasmer and wasmi.

Acceptance Criteria

cargo bench working for wasm and wasmer, showing meaningful results.
