decimal and lz4 are failing for amd64 bookworm

First of all, thank you so much for your hard work!

I'm starting this discussion, because I cannot really get this to fit into the Bug report template.

I would like to update from PHP 8.1 to PHP 8.3, but I'm missing "php8.3-decimal" and "php8.3-lz4"
I'm on Debian bookworm

Output when trying to install PHP 8.3:

sudo apt install php8.3-curl php8.3-dev php8.3-gd php8.3-intl php8.3-mbstring php8.3-mysql php8.3-soap php8.3-xml php8.3-fpm php8.3-decimal php8.3-lz4 php8.3-igbinary php8.3-redis php8.3-inotify

Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package php8.3-decimal
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'php8.3-decimal'
E: Unable to locate package php8.3-lz4

I'm guessing, as the title says, that it's related to the bookworm amd64 builds failing, as can be seen here:
